At WoodPlank, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural wood products. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your home, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original timber-safe packaging to ensure no damage occurs during the transit process.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned planks at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
